Victor is very knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicle we looked at . He is very energetic, approachable, and humble, which made our time at Subaru Lithia of Fresno an experience of a lifetime. We test drove the Forester premium and the test drive was outstanding. It was like the Indiana jones coaster ride at Disney and it truly should what the vehicle is capable of. I really appreciate the respect that given throughout the process. The finance department gave a thorough explanation of the available additions that could be added, but was very respectful in our choice. Lithia Subaru of Fresno has a great sales and finance department. I encourage anyone to visit and consider a Subaru purchase.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I arrived to purchase a car without an appointment and they were still able to help me. I was able to get the car I wanted off of the lot. There was an issue with detailing the car but the management made it right immediately. The dealership maintain contact and offered me help with the car's app and any other features I might have questions about. I went in today, 2/4/2024 with the Intention of trading in my Tesla Model Y for a new 2025 Outback. Russel, Jason in Sales and Jason in Finance were absolutely phenomenal!!! All 3 of these gentlemen made the trade and in and buying process as easy as possible! I highly recommend this dealership especially if you have the opportunity to work with these amazing guys!

All I can say is “Ronnie”. This guy is probably the best salesperson I’ve ever encountered (I’m in my 60’s). Listened and delivered. No pressure, all on the table for you to decide. Thank you Ronnie for all your help. On another note, don’t let the upsale finance part ruin your experience. Just stand your ground if you decide against extended warranty and stuff. If you go with their warranty presentation, then the experience in the finance office won’t be bad. If you decline, we’ll…..I could see the attitude change immediately.

What an experience!!! From the moment we walked in, Brandon greeted us with politeness and professionalism. Initially, we came in to purchase a 2025 Forester Wilderness Edition. After test-driving the 2024 Forester, my wife leaned toward the 2025 model’s upgrades, so we decided to test-drive the Touring model. Brandon’s deep knowledge of each vehicle stood out. While we were close to choosing the Touring Forester, a 2025 Outback Wilderness caught our eye. Brandon walked us through everything, offered a test drive, and we were instantly sold! I traded in my 2019 Crosstrek (which I’d also purchased from Lithia Subaru) and was given a fair price for it. When it came time to finalize the deal, Remy (apologies if I’m misspelling his name) stepped in and made the signing process seamless. He was absolutely fantastic! We also purchased an extended warranty, oil changes, and paint protection without any hassle. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give Lithia Subaru a solid 27.5—our experience was that impressive!
